WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Following this consultation exercise, a planning application will be submitted to Newcastle City Council seeking permission for the proposed development. The Council will then undertake its own statutory consultation with neighbours and other relevant parties.

It is anticipated that the application will be determined in Spring 2025.

Subject to the grant of planning permission, work could start on site by late 2025.
