MOBILITY HUB
The long term viability of Jesmond Three Sixty, and particularly its non-residential uses, is predicated upon ensuring both existing and future occupiers can easily access the development.
We are therefore also proposing a ‘mobility’ hub on vacant land to the west of the site, which will provide a combination of around 285 car parking spaces, cycle storage, electric vehicle charging and car club facilities for users of the site.
In addition, to provide enhanced access into the site from the south west, a formal pedestrian link will be introduced in the form of a new suspended staircase, clad with paving and lightweight handrails.
Throughout the site high-quality buff and grey toned paving will be introduced, as well as illuminated boards, to improve accessibility and legibility.
