In 2004 Jomast embarked on an exciting project to reimagine a dated 1960s office complex as a vibrant mixed-use neighbourhood. While we have made good progress to date, we are keen to complete the regeneration of the site, and have developed a comprehensive masterplan to guide us.

The masterplan seeks to plan for new development – including new residential apartments on the site of the former Quaker Meeting House, and a new ‘mobility hub’ (incorporating car and cycle parking, alongside EV charging and car club facilities) – whilst also unifying the scheme through a new and co-ordinated scheme of hard and soft landscaping.

We intend to submit a planning application later this year, but before doing so, we are keen to hear your views and have developed this website to explain more about our proposals for the site and provide you with the opportunity to comment.
